Finally, a third and equally tasty variation on the “Babies” I’ve been talking about.
Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Babies
1/2 cup raw cashews (60 grams)
1 cup pitted dates (160 grams)
2 Dove dark chocolate miniatures (16 grams)

Chop/blend cashews and dates in a food processor. You can either blend the chocolate with the other ingredients or chop it separately, then mix the pieces into the dough. Roll into little balls. Makes 16.
